Minimum attendance
Minimum attendance is required so that children feel part of the group and can adjust to our routines. Children will be required to attend for the following periods:
Nursery and English speaking children: 4 half days/ 2 full days per week.
Pre-School and Kindergarten children, aged 3: 3 days until 3.30pm
Kindergarten children, aged 4 to 5: 3.5 days until 3.30pm
Trial hours in the first week of attendance are not included in this minimum.
Parents should not withdraw kindergarten age children before the last day of the teaching terms. Planned holidays require written permission and should be notified at least one month in advance.
Emergency contact
We require a friend, neighbour or relative’s contact details in the event of an emergency. They are only contacted in the event neither parent is reachable. They should be able to pick up your child within 30 minutes of our call.
