Children First Association is a non-profit organisation (German: Verein Association)
registered at Companies House (Handelsregisteramt) in Zurich.
New projects 2010 – 2011
Friends of Children First
Interested parties are invited to become Friends of our Association for CHF 50 per
year. You will then be invited to events and to meet the children and parents in our
international community.
Policy Development
Monica Shah Zeeman and the staff team are engaged in the work necessary to write up
our experience in the last three years. Children First has developed a reputation for
quality services that we are aiming to maintain through transparent standards and
policies.
IT
Many thanks to Senthil, father of Veda, and Paul, father of Henrik, for their time
helping us to develop on-site ICT and internet resources for our teachers. Also thanks
to Mister Q for our donated computer.
Parents become Members of the Association if they are interested in the development
of new child development projects and services. This year, members are: Roxana
Zuercher, Laetizia Riedel, Nicole Meier, Eduard Molnar, Filippa Miselli, Silke-Petra
Bergjan, Laura Gast, Inbal Beck and Bindu Vankayalapati. The Directors are voted
annually to the Board by members of the association.
Places at Children First:
To receive an electronic Information Pack please email us your name, your child's dateof birth and home languages or call us Monday - Friday 9 am - 3 pm on 044 252 9121.
If you wish to apply for a place for your child/ren, please send in a signed Application
Form. We recommend you visit if a place becomes available. From March – June we are
actively enrolling children for the new school year (starting in August). We will keep
your application for up to six months. If a place in the appropriate age group arises
within that time we will contact you.
