News from our Board of Directors:
Children First Association is a non-profit organisation (Ger: Verein) registered at
Companies House (Handelsregisteramt) in Zurich. Parents become members of the
Association if they are interested in the development of new projects that will
benefit their child and others at Children First.

    Garden Project 2009:
On Friday 28th August 2009, we celebrated the Opening of our new Fairy Garden
next to the nursery and pre-school at Englischviertelstrasse 42. It is the result of
six months' development work, many thanks to everyone involved!  Click here for
pictures of the Garden Project 2009.

The Fairy Garden has a little winding path leading between soft grass to two new play
areas, a Turtle sandpit and two planting beds. Our garden has been planted with
climbing flowering bushes of three colours, a redcurrant bush, a laurel bush and
flowers, bean plants and herbs. The children are playing in a natural environment in
which they can touch, taste, smell and visually appreciate their surroundings.
