		Snakes and Ladders
		Monster match
		Froggie
		Puff the pop up dragon.
		Ludo (quite long)
		Dominoes
		Chess for children.
		Card games like Animal Snap.
		If your child is into racing cars, Playmobil figures for inventing stories.
		Phonic books with tapes such as the Ladybird series are also good for learning to read.
		Magazines for children have games in and are good for travelling too - Chick-a-dee, or Winnie
		the Pooh, or Thomas the Tank engine.

I usually buy small travel ones at the airport, or in the UK where
they cost CHF 5 - CHF 10 each!! But there are Swiss ones too
which are good – e.g. Kalle Kängu, or Monza.

There might be ones you can borrow until you decide
which to buy.
